Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using AleeF, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use AleeF. By using the app, you confirm you meet this requirement.

3. Your Account

  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
  • You may not share your account with others.
  • You must provide accurate and truthful information.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Post false, misleading, or fraudulent pet listings.
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users.
  • Use the app for any illegal activity.
  • Attempt to access other users' accounts or data.
  • Scrape, copy, or redistribute app content without permission.
  • Post listings for animals obtained through illegal means.
  • Upload, share, or transmit any sexually explicit, obscene, nude, or indecent material of any kind.

4A. Explicit & Obscene Content — Legal Notice

The posting, uploading, sharing, or transmission of any sexually explicit, obscene, nude, or indecent material on AleeF is strictly prohibited and constitutes a criminal offence under Kuwaiti law.

Under Kuwait Law No. 63 of 2015 on Combating Information Technology Crimes (Article 5), publishing or transmitting obscene or pornographic content through any information network or information technology device is punishable by:

  • Imprisonment of no less than six (6) months, and/or
  • A fine of no less than three thousand Kuwaiti Dinars (KD 3,000)

Additionally, such conduct may be prosecuted under the Kuwait Penal Code (Articles 198–199) governing public indecency and obscenity, which carries additional criminal penalties.

AleeF will cooperate fully with Kuwaiti authorities, including the Cybercrime Unit of the Ministry of Interior, and will pursue all available civil and criminal remedies against any user who uploads, shares, or distributes such content through our platform. This includes filing formal criminal complaints and civil claims for damages.

There are no warnings and no second chances. Accounts will be permanently terminated immediately and reported to the relevant authorities.

5. Pet Listings

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your pet listings. AleeF does not verify the health, pedigree, or legal status of any animal listed. We are a platform connecting people — we are not a party to any transaction between users.

6. Breeder Verification

The verified breeder badge is granted at our sole discretion after document review. Verification does not constitute an endorsement of any breeder. We may revoke the badge at any time if we find the information provided was inaccurate.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code in AleeF is owned by AleeF. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the app without our written permission. You retain ownership of content you post (photos, descriptions) but grant us a license to display it within the app.

8. Disclaimers

AleeF is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any disputes, losses, or harm arising from interactions between users. Use the app at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AleeF shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access at any time for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time from the app settings.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
